If you purchased some items in the game and did not receive them immediately, please try to be patient. It might take some time until the purchase goes through.
First of all, check out if you received a receipt for the purchase in your mail.
If you didn’t please contact Google/Apple directly as the purchase probably failed halfway through. Logging out and in again into your game account might help.
If you still haven’t received the purchased items even after several hours, please contact us immediately.
Don't forget to include the receipt of the purchase with the purchase ID clearly visible in your message and your in-game user name.
We will then gladly help you to get your purchased items as soon as possible.
