Once you upgrade one of your heroes to the maximum level, you will use Intel to increase your Prestige instead of further upgrading your hero and to get into the Hall of Fame. Prestige doesn't bring any further improvements to your hero, but instead, shows your dedication to the hero.
Hall of Fame will show players who are the most dedicated to one hero.
