There is a daily cap of 250 intel that you can get. Once you reach the cap, you will get more intel the next day.
However, there are other ways how to get intel if you are past the daily limit. You can get more intel above the limit by attacking the enemy base in the survival ops, as drops from chests, and by selling VIP gadgets.
