Steam purchase
Standard Steam refund policy applies when requesting a refund. You are eligible for a refund if you didn't play for more than 2 hours. You can request a refund for the game within 14 days of purchase. To do so, go to https://help.steampowered.com/ and follow the instructions.

Direct purchase from the Gray Zone Warfare website
Purchases from the Gray Zone Warfare website, intermediated by Tebex, are not eligible for a refund after the Steam key is delivered to you. You can still use the key or gift it to a friend.
