The hacking tool is a single-use item that is consumed after being used on an ATM. When used, the ATM dispenses cash, and the tool is discarded.
Alternatively, you can sell the tool to a vendor for less than you can receive from an ATM.
Known issues:
- Under unknown circumstances, the tool will not be consumed when used. This is not intended behavior and will be fixed in a future patch.
