While we work on optimizing the game further to increase performance for all of our players, there are some quick changes you can make that may help increase your FPS in Gray Zone Warfare:
NVIDIA Control Panel Settings:
- Open "NVIDIA Control Panel"
- Navigate to "Manage 3D Settings"
- Select the "Global Settings"
- Click on “Restore” in the bottom-right corner of “Global Settings” to reset the settings to default
- Set "Anisotropic Filtering" to "Application-controlled"
- Set "Power Management Mode" to "Maximum Performance"
- Set "CUDA - Sysmem Fallback Policy" to "Off"
- Set "Texture Filtering - Quality" to "Quality"
- Set "Texture Filtering - Anisotropic sample optimizations " to "On"
- Set "Texture Filtering - Negative LOD bias" to "Allow"
- Set "Texture Filtering - Trilinear optimization " to "On"
- Set "Low Latency Mode" to "Off"
- Set "Shader Cache Size" to "Unlimited"
Change Virtual Memory:
- Open "Control Panel"
- Go to "System"
- Navigate to "Advanced system settings"
- Under "Performance", click "Settings"
- Go to the "Advanced" tab and click "Change under Virtual Memory"
- Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"
- Select the drive where Gray Zone Warfare is installed.
- Check "No paging file"
- Click "Set"
- Click "OK"
- Apply the changes
- Restart your PC
In-Game Settings:
- Set the game to Fullscreen (not Windowed Fullscreen).
- Adjust the following:
- "Vertical FOV" to 55
- "Frame Rate Limit" to 120
- "Quality Presets" to Low
Increase quality settings as your system capability allows while watching the changes on the FPS counter in the top-right corner of your game screen to find the best combination for your hardware.
BUG REPORTING
If you encounter any issues, bugs, or crashes while playing the game, we kindly request that you report them using the Submit a request at the top of the page, or by using the Send Feedback button in the game's main menu.
If possible, please attach a screenshot or recording and the dxdiag file, which will allow us to see details about your PC specifications. To generate a dxdiag report, open the Start menu, type "dxdiag," and press Enter. When the diagnostic is finished, click "Save All Information..." and attach the text file to the bug report.
